Refund Policy
Hijab Mansion Return & Exchange Guidelines
- We will gladly accept any undamaged and unworn items within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Customer needs to return the parcel through any courier on their own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned products.

Steps to follow
1Repack Parcel
Make sure that the item should be packed safely. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Write Information: Your name on the order by which you placed your order, your phone number and further details of order like Order ID.

Customer needs to return the parcel via traceable delivery i.e. courier (TCS, Leopard, Swyft, M&P) or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

Modest Fabric Inspection Guarantee:
- Items must be returned unwashed, unspotted, and in original condition with product tags attached.
- Chiffon, Lawn, and Silk materials undergo quality inspection upon arrival at our returns department.
- In case of a defective or damaged product sent from our end, Hijab Mansion covers full replacement shipping charges.
